i already gave my OAL update in this post and i'd like to add that i'm a complete bonehead because i forgot to weigh myself when i started. now i have to dig out that vile scale that always seems to lie to me and give me numbers that i don't like. i've also upgraded my workout to incorporate my treadmill.
one thing i would like to add to this update is that i'm doing this workout nearly every day and yesterday i didn't go into cardiac arrest or pass out from asphyxiation. this workout is becoming slightly easier and my metabolism has increased because i get hungry every 2 hours. from what i remember back when i worked out and was all healthy and shit, this is a good sign. i expect to be model thin and shredded by next week. oh, and i still haven't had any sweets/dessert. wa-fucking-hoo.
